3 bedroom Townhouse situated in Aloha, available for Short term holiday rentals, distributed over three levels. The complex is located near Aloha Golf and Aloha College with mature gardens and a tennis court as well as 2 communal swimming pools.
The property is South facing and comprises of a combined living room and dining room which extends to the terrace and garden. The terrace has a gas BBQ and is the perfect setting to entertain friends and family during the warm summer months.
Stepping back inside, the living and dining area leads to a spacious kitchen with plenty of preparation space.
Upstairs comprises of the first guest bedroom which has two single beds and a double mattress. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath plus a terrace with impressive Golf course views. The second guest bathroom comprises of two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The third guest bedroom has a sofa bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace.
Continuing upstairs leads to the top floor and a fabulous Roof terrace with panoramic views over the golf course including another BBQ area, kitchenette and dining table.
Private garage in the basement with Space for 2 cars.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).
Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay. Arrangements can be made to ensure we do the very best to assist you with anything you may require!
Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
