Inside, you are greeted with a spacious living room, dining room and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is completely renovated with top quality appliances. This area is extremely bright due to the large windows. There is also a traditional style fireplace that adds character and charm to the area. Step out to the terrace and enjoy the breath-taking open views of the valley and the sea. Perfect spot for sunbathing or enjoying a BBQ with loved ones. There is also a plunge pool which is ideal for cooling off during the warm summer months. A set of grand stairs lead down to the 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. They are all tastefully presented and are a very generous size. On this floor there is access to a covered terrace and the private garden area.
