We are delighted to introduce this 3 bedroom property that has been renovated to a very high standard. It is set in a peaceful residential area of Nueva Andalucia with an elevated position which ensures beautiful views over the valley and the sea. If you love the Andalusian feel of an urbanization but want a contemporary and stylish interior, this property is an excellent rental option for you.
You can enter the property through the garage or through the lovely communal gardens. Walk along a pathway in the development to reach the entrance door. Inside, you are greeted with a spacious living room, dining room and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is completely renovated with top quality appliances. This area is extremely bright due to the large windows. There is also a traditional style fireplace that adds character and charm to the area. Step out to the terrace and enjoy the breath-taking open views of the valley and the sea. Perfect spot for sunbathing or enjoying a BBQ with loved ones. There is also a plunge pool which is ideal for cooling off during the warm summer months. A set of grand stairs lead down to the 3 bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. They are all tastefully presented and are a very generous size. On this floor there is access to a covered terrace and the private garden area.
This townhouse is in an excellent location - close to all amenities of Nueva Andalucia and yet you can enjoy tranquility and privacy. What more do you want for your holiday? The immediate surroundings offer great possibilities for cycling, hiking and walking. Close by are a fantastic choice of restaurants, nightlife, shops, golf and beaches. It is just a short drive to the Puerto Banus harbour, so it is highly desirable for avid golfers and families alike.

Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
