This is an ideal spot for relaxing watching the views or reading a good book at the end of a day at the beach. Moving up the stairs you will find a second lounge area and the spacious master bedroom with renovated bathroom. Direct access to a stunning terrace with BBQ, dining and lounge area. On the lower level you will find two guest bedrooms with renovated bathroom.
Brisas del Sur is loved for the fact that each townhouse is painted a different colour. The complex has a range of popular golf courses at hand including Aloha Golf Club, Los Naranjos and Las Brisas. Therefore, the location could not be better for avid golfers, couples or families looking for a tranquil location in a lovely setting in the Golf Valley. Spend your day soaking up the sun at the communal swimming pool or why not visit Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches that are only a few minutes away by car.

Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
