Welcome to a charming townhouse in Aloha Pueblo, a well-loved residential development in Nueva Andalucia. Aloha Pueblo is nestled in a prime location overlooking the Aloha Golf Club and Las Brisas, so if you are a golf lover you are in heaven! This complex stands out from the rest as its full of colour, charm and Andalusian character – you will really feel like you are on holiday in authentic Spain!
The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room with modern open plan kitchen. The accommodation is distributed over two levels, the entrance level with living room and kitchen and the lower level hosts the two bedrooms. From the living room there is access to a terrace that leads up to the large sunny roof terrace where you can enjoy the view of Las Brisas Golf Course and its west position means there is sun from around 10.00 to sunset.
Within Aloha Pueblo, you have a little selection of cafes and restaurants so you don’t even have to leave the complex to grab a coffee or some lunch. The most popular is Scottish sports pub, Links Bar, which served lunch and dinner with sports broadcasts. In addition, a short walk takes you to the Aloha area where you have several restaurants, tennis courts, supermarket and much more.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).
Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay. Arrangements can be made to ensure we do the very best to assist you with anything you may require!
Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
