This position is one of the most privileged locations of the area as you are nestled between the famous golf courses such as Aloha Golf Club, Los Naranjos and Las Brisas. Therefore, the location is ideal for families as the development has a beautiful swimming pool but also golf fanatics.
This is a 3 bedroom unit on the ground floor of the complex with lift access from the garage. As you enter the property you will find a guest bathroom to the left. To the right you will find a sleek kitchen and separate utility room. Opposite the kitchen you will find a spacious bedroom with direct access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also of a good size and share one bathroom. The living room and dining area are tastefully presented with direct access to the terrace with outdoor dining area and lounge space. A wonderful covered area to enjoy the evenings with your loved ones after a long day in the sun!
All amenities are within easy reach with just a short drive to restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and much more. Puerto Banus is a short drive away where you can spend your holiday indulging in Marbella's finest.

Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
