Moving to the right to be in the wonderful dining space with beautiful sea views. Direct access from the living area to the terrace with lounge area and dining space. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and one small bedroom with smaller bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share one bathroom.
The complex has lovely communal gardens and several swimming pools. Perfect spot for enjoying during the summer months! Right outside the urbanisation, there are 3 restaurants and a small supermarket so you never have to go far for a bite to eat or to get some essential groceries.

The property is located with a gated residential community. To reach the apartment, there is one flight of stairs (no lift). Inside, you will find the kitchen with loophole into the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Straight through to a very spacious dining and living area. The living area has a sofa bed where you can sleep 2 additional people if wished. There are two good sized bedrooms in the apartment, both tastefully styled and presented with a corresponding bathroom. The terrace is accessed through the living area and offers a wonderful space to enjoy an al-fresco dinner or simply relaxing with a good drink in hand after a day by the swimming pool.
Andalucía Garden Club has beautiful manicured gardens and a big swimming pool area to enjoy and also a tennis court if you want to play tennis. The area of Nueva Andalucía is one of the most popular in Marbella as it offers something for everyone. My family and I have just returned from a weeks holiday in Aldea Blanca. We stayed in a fabulous, beautifully decorated 3 bedroom apartment within easy access to local bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. It was situated an easy 10 minute walk see more
My family and I have just returned from a weeks holiday in Aldea Blanca. We stayed in a fabulous, beautifully decorated 3 bedroom apartment within easy access to local bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops. It was situated an easy 10 minute walk away from the centre of Puerto Banus. We have had many holidays in Puerto and used other companies, however Karolina and Elin from Nordica could not do enough for my family to make it a memorable holiday. I was travelling with my two year old granddaughter and Veronica made check in so easy and all my requests and queries answered straight away.
I would highly recommend Nordica when renting a property in Puerto Banus as they are very professional and I would use them again. |
