Introducing this cosy and inviting apartment in the popular urbanisation of Andalucía Garden Club. It is no surprise that this urbanisation is so in demand due to the convenient location to everything you could need to enjoy your holiday to the maximum. Within only two minutes walking distance you reach Centro Plaza home to several cafes, restaurants, Swedish supermarket, bank and even a gym. There is also a wonderful Saturday market here which is a great thing to do and just on your doorstep. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway for your family close to the Puerto Banus area, look no further – it is this!
The property is located with a gated residential community. To reach the apartment, there is one flight of stairs (no lift). Inside, you will find the kitchen with loophole into the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Straight through to a very spacious dining and living area. The living area has a sofa bed where you can sleep 2 additional people if wished. There are two good sized bedrooms in the apartment, both tastefully styled and presented with a corresponding bathroom. The terrace is accessed through the living area and offers a wonderful space to enjoy an al-fresco dinner or simply relaxing with a good drink in hand after a day by the swimming pool.
Andalucía Garden Club has beautiful manicured gardens and a big swimming pool area to enjoy and also a tennis court if you want to play tennis. The area of Nueva Andalucía is one of the most popular in Marbella as it offers something for everyone. With several golf courses to choose from, Centro Plaza a stone throws away and walking distance to many restaurants and cafes – what more could you want?

Totally refurbished Three-bedroom, Penthouse, available for holiday rentals in the popular gated development Los Dragos, situated frontline Golf Aloha and offering walking distance to most amenities.
With great location, close to a range of renowned golf courses, including Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha and the luxury harbour of Puerto Banus make this an ideal holiday place.
