San Pedro de Alcantara is just a five minute drive to Puerto Banus, a 10 minute drive to the Nueva Andalucia Golf Valley and a 15 minute drive to Marbella, making this an ideal holiday base.
The villa boasts a chic contemporary style with high quality appliances and a lovely open plan living area and kitchen looking out onto the terrace. The terrace features an outdoor dining area, private swimming pool and decking with sunbeds.
The bedrooms are a good size with modern bathrooms and there is a wonderful roof terrace with chill out area and fabulous views!
This stunning villa benefits from plenty of natural light and has been finished with a gorgeous style to create a very attractive; luxurious yet cosy; holiday villa.
