Gorgeous five-bedroom villa within walking distance to the beach available for holiday rentals. Linda Vista Baja is conveniently situated within a short walk to the beach and the center of San Pedro de Alcantara and just a ten-minute drive to a choice of 5 golf courses making it a great choice for families.
The villa boasts a chic modern style with high quality appliances and a lovely private garden and the swimming pool can be heated if you so wish. Accommodation is bright and spacious with lots of natural light. The kitchen is open-plan with a contemporary design blending into the living and dining room, all of which look out on to the terrace and garden.
The garden includes a terrace with sunbeds around the pool as well as a BBQ and dining area.
All the five bedrooms are a good size with modern bathrooms, they all have individual AC units and the Master bedroom has wooden floor and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub. All the bedrooms have been individually designed. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two down on the lower level of the villa. On this level there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
There is a fabulous roof terrace with space for chilling, dining, sunbathing and enjoying the fabulous sunset and the panoramic views.
A very attractive holiday villa with something for all the family close at hand; San Pedro de Alcantara is just a five-minute drive to Puerto Banus and a 15-minute drive to Marbella.
