The kitchen, dining and living room are open plan and are conveniently situated right next to the private pool area which is perfect for poolside snacks and refreshments. The kitchen benefits from a double fridge which is great if you are a large family or have friends to stay. From this level, there is a staircase to the basement.
On this level there is an impressive cinema room with projector screen, sofa area to lounge and enjoy movie marathons in the comfort of this beautiful home. Additionally, there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier as well as two guest bedrooms, both bedrooms have separate (individual beds) and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower. Continuing back upstairs and up another flight of stairs to the 3rd floor, you will find a further 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms on this floor have double beds and air conditioning. The first two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The impressive master suite is carpeted and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and luxurious free-standing bath.
This property is light, bright and extremely spacious. The bedrooms are good size with modern bathrooms and there is a magnificent Roof terrace with a shower, BBQ, kitchenette, dining table and comfortable sofa area. This is the ideal place to enjoy tropical Rooftop cocktails, appetizers, lunch and dinner with friends and family whilst admiring the incredible views and magical bright pink Mediterranean sunsets!
