This direction takes you to another two bedrooms with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area which means beautiful natural light comes through these rooms. Both the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom and access to a lovely terrace with golf views.
The outside area of this home is wonderful with plenty of areas to choose from. There is an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy an al-fresco dinner with your friends and family. In addition, there is a covered seating area which offers a great place to escape the high heat and enjoy some shade.

It has four beautifully designed bedroom suites. The layout is as follows. On the entrance level, you are welcomed by light and airy open plan living, dining and sleek kitchen. From the kitchen there is direct access to a back terrace that is a wonderful spot for enjoying a nice lunch. The kitchen area is fully equipped and As the living area is all open, it offers a very social area to spend time in where everyone can be involved. From the living room you can walk out to another lovely terrace that is partially covered with a large dining table where you can also walk down through the manicured gardens to the swimming pool.
As you go up the stairs, you will find two spacious en-suite bedrooms. They are both tastefully presented, the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, a projector to watch movies, a large wardrobe and a big bathroom with a bath, shower and double sink. From this room there is also direct access to a fantastic terrace with lounge area and a perfect place to sit back after a day and take in the surroundings. There is another bedroom on this level with two single beds and en-suite bathroom.
Moving down to the lower lever, there are two more bedrooms. What is so unique about this villa is that on this floor there is also a complete kitchen and living room. This means that the house has two full kitchens! It is perfect if you are two families going away together or with adult children who would like extra privacy, yet still being together. This floor also has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The swimming pool area is lovely and there is a great outdoor dining area which is ideal for hosting a BBQ and enjoying an al-fresco dinner.
