From the living room you can walk out to another lovely terrace that is partially covered with a large dining table where you can also walk down through the manicured gardens to the swimming pool.
As you go up the stairs, you will find two spacious en-suite bedrooms. They are both tastefully presented, the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, a projector to watch movies, a large wardrobe and a big bathroom with a bath, shower and double sink. From this room there is also direct access to a fantastic terrace with lounge area and a perfect place to sit back after a day and take in the surroundings. There is another bedroom on this level with two single beds and en-suite bathroom.
Moving down to the lower lever, there are two more bedrooms. What is so unique about this villa is that on this floor there is also a complete kitchen and living room. This means that the house has two full kitchens! It is perfect if you are two families going away together or with adult children who would like extra privacy, yet still being together. This floor also has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The swimming pool area is lovely and there is a great outdoor dining area which is ideal for hosting a BBQ and enjoying an al-fresco dinner.
The villa has individual AC units in all bedrooms, underfloor heating, WIFI and parking spaces within the gates.
