It comprises of 3 double bedrooms. As you approach the entrance of the house, you have a quaint patio area with breakfast table and chill out spot. On this north terrace you can enjoy a lovely breakfast and coffee and relish the La Concha views that lie behind the wonderful green swimming pool area. A great benefit is that the community swimming pool is about 20 steps from this terrace.
Moving up the stairs to find two en-suite bedrooms. All the bedrooms of this house are tastefully presented with a touch of Andalusian feel, each with its own colour and matching bathroom. The master bedroom follows a lovely hint of green and has its own private terrace with incredible sea views. A special feature of this townhouse is that every room has its own sea view, so you never have to disagree on who should stay in which room.
Additional features of the home; Weber Grill (gas) outside, fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, kettle, and gas hob, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, TV with Google Chrome Cast. There is parking for one car.
The location of this property is also unbeatable. It is close to many golf courses and especially close to the exclusive Aloha Golf Club. If you are a golf lover, it simply cannot get better than this. Imagine spending your summer hitting some shots at a nearby golf range or having a stroll in one of the nearby walking paths just 10 minutes walking distance. The amenities of the Nueva Andalucia area are a short drive away as well as Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches.

We are pleased to introduce this excellent townhouse for short term rentals in Los Naranjos de Marbella. The property is built over two floors.
