The property has one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs, the Master bedroom has a small balcony with morning sun and views over the Golf course, the iconic La Concha mountain and the Mediterranean sea. Here you can enjoy sun all day and the lovely sunset. There is a private small garden and spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a BBQ, with plenty of space for relaxing and dining all this set in beautiful communal gardens and a pool with views towards Aloha Golf, mountains all the way down to the sea. The property has underfloor heating in all the rooms downstairs and in the bathrooms.
The community offers a tennis court within the complex and covered parking available free of charge.

An extraordinary townhouse for rent with excellent sea, La Concha Mountain and golf views situated in the small, gated development of La Colina close to Aloha Golf. This property seamlessly blends modern design with colourful Mediterranean flare that make this townhouse very warm and inviting. If you are looking for a charming home for the summer, we guarantee you will fall in love with the qualities and details of this home. Please note there is a minimum rental period of 2 months, and this property is not suitable for children.
It comprises of 3 double bedrooms. As you approach the entrance of the house, you have a quaint patio area with breakfast table and chill out spot. On this north terrace you can enjoy a lovely breakfast and coffee and relish the La Concha views that lie behind the wonderful green swimming pool area. A great benefit is that the community swimming pool is about 20 steps from this terrace.
Moving up the stairs to find two en-suite bedrooms. All the bedrooms of this house are tastefully presented with a touch of Andalusian feel, each with its own colour and matching bathroom.
