What a gem this is! The pictures speak for itself, truly a top-quality apartment. One of our favorite apartments in Aldea Blanca. This development is a very popular choice due to its convenient location, just a five-minute walk to Centro Plaza commercial centre and a few minutes' drive to some of the best beaches along Marbella. This unit is built over one level, totally refurbished 2021. It provides modern accommodation with tasteful decoration and open plan living with modern kitchen and breakfast bar. We love that it offers two terraces, one facing south overlooking the main pool and one facing north facing the complex and surrounding mountains. There are two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom. One with a 180cm bed and the other with a 150cm bed. Master bedroom with a good size en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. Aldea Blanca is the ideal holiday base; just a five minute drive to Puerto Banus and ten minutes to San Pedro de Alcantara and Marbella with its beautiful Old Town. Puerto Banus is home to a large shopping centre - El Corte Ingles, a great selection of smaller shops, restaurants and, of course, the famous yachting harbour which has been a jet-setters favourite destination for decades. This is a an excellent choice for couples and small families looking for luxurious accommodation in a convenient location on the Costa del Sol. Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Introducing this cosy and inviting apartment in the popular urbanisation of Andalucía Garden Club. It is no surprise that this urbanisation is so in demand due to the convenient location to everything you could need to enjoy your holiday to the maximum. Within only two minutes walking distance you reach Centro Plaza home to several cafes, restaurants, Swedish supermarket, bank and even a gym. There is also a wonderful Saturday market here which is a great thing to do and just on your doorstep. If you are looking for a tranquil getaway for your family close to the Puerto Banus area, look no further – it is this! The property is located with a gated residential community. To reach the apartment, there is one flight of stairs (no lift). Inside, you will find the kitchen with loophole into the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Straight through to a very spacious dining and living area. The living area has a sofa bed where you can sleep 2 additional people if wished. There are two good sized bedrooms in the apartment, both tastefully styled and presented with a corresponding bathroom. The terrace is accessed through the living area and offers a wonderful space to enjoy an al-fresco dinner or simply relaxing with a good drink in hand after a day by the swimming pool.
