The location of this property is ideal as you are located right next to a large supermarket Mercadona, a butchers, cafe, restaurant etc. This is a rental property where you do not need a car to reach amenities as you can walk everywhere including Puerto Banus. With great location, close to a range of renowned golf courses, including Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha and the luxury harbour of Puerto Banus make this an ideal holiday place. This Penthouse, benefits from mountain views, golf views and partial sea views. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar area opens onto the combined dining and living area. This leads directly outside to a good-sized terrace with adequate space for external living. It also offers an amazing roof top terrace with BBQ area, fridge and storage. Stepping back inside the property reveals three double bedrooms. All bedrooms have a modern and contemporary design. The master bedroom has an en-suite and the two guest bedrooms share a bathroom. It was our third time at this community and whereas we were very satisfied, in particular with the apartment we stayed at last year,
this one comes out right on top. The location, you recall we had asked for less stairs, was A1 and the recently installed interior design was comfortable and turned out to be a joy to live in. The layout of the property was logical and practical, also for larger parties and offered the two of us ample space to move around. All the bedrooms were of a good size and the bedding (we only used the master bedroom)was excellent and provided for "restful" nights. Bathrooms were well appointed with excellent sanitary equipment (you took care of window wipers for the bathrooms we had asked for) to ensure that we could keep the glass panels in excellent condition. Frankly, a must given the high calcium content of the water. The kitchen layout left nothing to be desired and the equipment was first class. The only minus point we observed were the door handles for the ample storage facilities. The terrace was, also in winter, a great place to catch some sun if you wanted or sit in the shade during some fairly warm afternoons. BBQ, although not used, looked in perfect condition, dining table and sunloungers, complemented this important facility. Whereas short stay visitors are probably much easier to please, having lived in this apartment for two months, we can honestly say that it felt as pleasant after 60 days as it did on day 1. |

The property is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the large terrace offers a beautiful view that adds a relaxing touch to the entire experience.
The location is perfect – just around a 4 minutes drive from Puerto Banús, and a 7 minutes drive from Puerto Romano, conveniently close to the best malls, gyms, supermarkets, and other amenities. It’s central yet quiet, offering the best of both worlds. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in the area. You won’t be disappointed! |
