An array of restaurants are nearby in the Aloha area and you are spoilt for choice in the famous Puerto Banus which is also easily reached.
This is a 3-bedroom unit that has been recently renovated in a high standard Scandinavian style. It seamlessly blends modern style with Andalusian charm to offer a homely and cosy feeling. To enter the property, you have one set of stairs. Inside, you will find the open plan renovated kitchen on the right-hand side. This is connected to the dining area and stylish living room. Direct access to the terrace on this level which has lounge and outdoor dining with BBQ. This is a lovely area with views overlooking the communal swimming pool and manicured gardens. It feels like your own little oasis! A set of stairs from the terrace leads to the rooftop terrace (65sqm). An incredible and spacious area to entertain with your loved ones with further seating options for dining or lounging. The three bedrooms are tastefully presented. The master bedroom has a renovated ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The two guest bedrooms has a shared bathroom which also has been reformed.

This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
