Three bedroom Penthouse apartment available for holiday rentals in Alminar de Marbella, an exclusive complex nestled in the heart of the Nueva Andalucia Golf Valley. The complex features a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing areas and is just a short drive away from the beach and Puerto Banus harbour.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the complex with lift access from the garage.
Layout:
As you enter the property you will find an open plan fully-equipped kitchen to your right, which leads through to a spacious, light and bright living and dining area for 6 people. The living room has a spacious sofa and television area offering direct terrace access through large glass sliding doors. The terrace has plenty of areas to relax, dining table for 8, BBQ as well as beautiful views across to the communal pool and towards the sea. On the left of the terrace, there is a staircase up to a second terrace with sunbeds, little dining table and a rooftop jacuzzi.
Stepping back inside the property, to the left from the dining area is a corridor with two guest bedrooms; to the left is the first guest bedroom with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), and to the right you will find the second guest bedroom with twin beds, a charming bay window and access to a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor with fabulous views of La concha and direct access to the top terrace. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower.
The apartment is finished with a simple, clean and homely design and offers space, luxury and comfort in an attractive location.
Additional features include: International tv channels + Scandanavian, British, Spanish tv channels. Underfloor heating- living room and all 3 bathrooms, microwave oven, laundry room and ironing board.
This apartment has a private gardener who will come to the property every Monday and Friday between 15.00-16.00.

Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

Andalucía Garden Club has beautiful manicured gardens and a big swimming pool area to enjoy and also a tennis court if you want to play tennis. The area of Nueva Andalucía is one of the most popular in Marbella as it offers something for everyone.
