Attractive 3-bedroom penthouse available for holiday rentals, located in Cumbres del Rodeo, Nueva Andalucia.
This property has a very comfortable and spacious layout and comprises a fully fitted kitchen with dining area and a nice little terrace to enjoy the fresh air, whilst sipping coffee and having breakfast.
There are three large bedrooms, all with double beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, access to the main terrace and stunning sea views. The second bedroom also has access to the main terrace. There are two bathrooms in this property and a guest toilet. Both bathrooms have a combined bath/shower.
This apartment boasts 3 terraces and two small balconies.
The living room and dining area is light and bright with three double doors which open onto the huge main terrace.
There is plenty of space for external living, dining and enjoying the laid-back Spanish lifestyle with fantastic views over the communal swimming pool and beautiful surroundings stretching as far as the sea!
The terrace has a lovely dining, sofa and sunbathing area as well as a BBQ to enjoy during the summer months. Stepping back inside the property, the living room features a dining area and a pleasant TV sofa area. There is an elevator which takes you directly up to the apartment and opens into the hallway.
Additionally, there are two underground parking spaces.
Cumbres del Rodeo is a gated complex with lush communal gardens, a swimming pool and impressive mountain and sea views. Situated just a five-minute drive to Puerto Banus and a ten to fifteen-minute drive to Marbella and San Pedro, it is a fantastic holiday destination.
This property sleeps 4- 6 people.
