This is a superb 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom garden apartment. As you enter the unit, you are greeted with an open area comprising a combined living and dining area. The large glass windows ensure optimum sunlight intake, giving the space a bright and spacious feel. From here, there is direct access out onto the terrace and private garden. Imagine relaxing under the covered terrace space with an enticing book or lounging in the sunshine in your garden! The kitchen is well-kept in a traditional style and includes a storage room. Moreover, there are two large bedrooms. The ground floor property is situated in one of the higher blocks within Cumbres del Rodeo, therefore it offers panoramic sea and valley views.
The luxury gated community enjoys manicured gardens, two swimming pools (with children's pool) and great security.
Cumbres del Rodeo is situated in a truly outstanding area. It is located just over 1km from the beach and on the outskirts of the prestigious Golf Valley. Therefore, if you are a golf lover - you will love this location. A short walk takes you up to La Campana, home to several restaurants, bars, shops and even a Scandinavian supermarket. The renowned Puerto Banus and the golden beaches is also reachable by foot or a short drive.

Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay.
Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
