Attractive two bedroom corner penthouse available for holiday rentals, situated in La Dama de Noche. The gated residential community has 24 hour security with guard and video surveillance. The complex is very popular for holiday makers as it offers two huge swimming pools with plenty of space for sunbathing, padel tennis courts, well-maintained garden areas, an on-site cafe and mini market.
Combined living and dining room with comfortable sofa and TV area, leading out to the terrace.
Sleeps 4 people.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).
Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay. Arrangements can be made to ensure we do the very best to assist you with anything you may require!
Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

The service from Nordica is always so helpful. Apartment wise, we love having the hot tub to keep the children occupied and just as another option for when the weather is poor. The underground parking is also a bonus as the car can get very hot in thsee more

Our only negatives were some noise from another resident on the floor and the fact the pool was shut for the season - neither of which are within your control.
