Renovated 2 bedroom, south facing, ground floor apartment, located next to Centro Plaza with partial sea views and just a 2 minute walk to all amenities. Only 10 minutes down to Puerto Banus and surrounding beaches.

Entrance, to the right you have the guest bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom, then to the right there is a combined living and dining area for 6 people. Access out to the terrace area with dining space for 6 people, a gas BBQ and community garden. Open-plan kitchen with separate laundry area including both a washing machine and a dryer.
Master bedroom to the right of the living room with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
SONOS wireless Hi-Fi
Community TV channels; Spanish and limited English.
