This is due to its unbeatable location just five minutes' walk to Centro Plaza with all of its amenities. It is also possible to walk to Puerto Banus with its large array of amenities and access to beaches. This property is available for weekly bookings as well as potentially monthly. This is a ground floor unit in a south facing position.As you enter the property, you step into the open plan kitchen that has been renovated and the living room with large Smart TV, with lots of apps available to choose from. Wifi Included. From here there is direct access out to the unbeatable terrace which is a great size. Here you have two sunbeds, lounge area and dining table for 4 people. The property comes with two bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to terrace and the guest bedroom with two single beds and access to separate bathroom. There is a hairdryer.
The property has a baby cot and high chair for families with children. There are also 3 portable sunbeds to bring to the swimming pool. In addition you can enjoy an electric grill (no BBQ) and a sandwich grill.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).

This first-floor, east-facing apartment enjoys lovely views over the gardens and pool, and is set within a charming complex just a short walk from local amenities.
Access is via a single flight of stairs, as the building does not have a lift. Inside, you’ll find a partially open, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, leading into a bright open-plan living and dining area. From here, you have direct access to a private terrace overlooking the gardens and pool—an ideal spot for relaxing or enjoying al fresco dining. To the left of the living space are two bedrooms, which share a bathroom fitted with a shower.
The gated community of Andalucía Garden Club features a large communal swimming pool and a tennis court. The location is exceptional—one of the most sought-after areas, right next to Centro Plaza—placing beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and other amenities all within easy walking distance.
