New to the rental market! Welcome to this charming Mediterranean-style villa, in the upper part of Nueva Andalucía. Set within a quiet and established residential area, the property enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining conveniently close to local amenities, restaurants and everything Nueva Andalucía has to offer.The house is ideal for multi- generational families, reunions & golf groups as it is located minutes away from 5 golf courses.
As you arrive, the property immediately gives you a lovely Andalusian feel, with its traditional white exterior, colourful flowers and covered parking area.
Inside, you are welcomed by a bright and spacious open-plan living area, with marble flooring throughout. The lounge is a comfortable space, with plenty of seating and a fireplace, while the dining area offers ample room for entertaining family and friends. Large windows allow plenty of natural light into the room, making the whole space feel light and welcoming.
