The villa itself has 5 bedrooms, four on the entrance level and the master bedroom on one level up. The villa is tastefully presented with handpicked interior design that adds character and charm throughout. This villa will make you feel like your home away from home!
Now for the guided tour: When you enter the main house you will find a welcoming entrance hall. To the left takes you to a guest toilet and the kitchen with dining area that has access to both a patio with dining table on the back side of the house, as well as the terrace and swimming pool area. On this side of the house you can also find two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Please note one of the rooms leads to the laundry room and does not have AC.
Taking a right at the entrance leads to the spacious living area that is tastefully presented giving a warm and at home feeling. This direction takes you to another two bedrooms with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area which means beautiful natural light comes through these rooms. Both the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom and access to a lovely terrace with golf views.
The outside area of this home is wonderful with plenty of areas to choose from. There is an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy an al-fresco dinner with your friends and family. In addition, there is a covered seating area which offers a great place to escape the high heat and enjoy some shade.
