This charming, rustic, 4 bedroom villa, would make an ideal family home. It is conveniently located near to international schools, golf courses, the amenities of Puerto Banus and the beach.
This villa has a prime location. The property boasts an exceptional garden, which is truly an oasis of green with a private swimming pool. There are plenty of areas and terraces where you can relax and admire the views.
The layout consists of three bedrooms upstairs on the top floor and 1 bedroom in the basement.
The property is built over three levels and features Andalusian influences. The entrance level boasts a large, light-filled hallway that leads to a spacious open kitchen and a lovely breakfast area directly outside. There an additional breakfast bar and a comfortable dining area.
