Villa is built on 3 levels. Each floor offers access to the terraces.
Layout as you walk in: on the middle level you have kitchen, laundry/utility room, living room, dining area and a spacious terrace. You will also find 2 bedrooms on this level. 1 bedroom with double bed en suite, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 full bathroom
Lower level (without A/C): has been refurbished and offers play room, pool table, GYM, curve TV and shower room. You can access the covered terrace, BBQ area, garden and pool from this level. Also you will find 1 bedroom en suite with 2 single beds joined together
Upper level offers 2 bedrooms: 1 master with double bed and 2nd with 2 single beds joined together, both en suite. Each bedroom with the access to a terrace with fantastic views.
This property is offered with maid service 3 times per week (2 hours)
WIFI Internet, satellite TV (Belgium, Dutch and UK channels) and underfloor heating throughout the house is a big plus.
This property has a heated pool option which is an additional cost of 250 euros per week.
