Perfect 5 bedroom Villa in Nueva Andalucia situated in the heart of the Golf Valley enjoying open views of the golf course and mountains. Ideal for family reunion and superb holidays.
Maximum occupancy 10 pax.
Villa is built on 3 levels. Each floor offers access to the terraces.
Layout as you walk in: on the middle level you have kitchen, laundry/utility room, living room, dining area and a spacious terrace. You will also find 2 bedrooms on this level. 1 bedroom with double bed en suite, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 full bathroom
Lower level (without A/C): has been refurbished and offers play room, pool table, GYM, curve TV and shower room. You can access the covered terrace, BBQ area, garden and pool from this level. Also you will find 1 bedroom en suite with 2 single beds joined together
Upper level offers 2 bedrooms: 1 master with double bed and 2nd with 2 single beds joined together, both en suite. Each bedroom with the access to a terrace with fantastic views.
This property is offered with maid service 3 times per week (2 hours)
WIFI Internet, satellite TV (Belgium, Dutch and UK channels) and underfloor heating throughout the house is a big plus.
This property has a heated pool option which is an additional cost of 250 euros per week.
If you would like to request a heated pool option. We please need at least 5 days’ notice prior to your arrival.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).
