This holiday villa ticks all of your boxes! Modern interior, fully renovated and ideal location in the heart of Nueva Andalucia.
Refurbished to the highest of standards, the property has been custom-designed to create a luxurious contemporary home. This villa is conveniently distributed on one level for easy access (just some steps at the entrance). It offers plenty of light and impressive views of La Concha mountain and Las Brisas Golf Course. As you enter, you will find a guest toilet to the left. To the right side there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. To the left of the entrance you will find three additional bedrooms. Two of them share one bathroom (one bedroom with single beds and one with double). The master bedroom is spacious, tastefully presented and offers stunning views with an en-suite bathroom. Straight ahead at the entrance leads to the open plan area comprising living room, sleek kitchen with Miele/Neff appliances and dining area. Large sliding doors with safety glass in the living and dining room leads out to a fantastic terrace space with outdoor dining and lounge area. There could not be a better spot for enjoying your holiday to the full capacity with your loved ones! A few steps down leads to the garden, BBQ area and the recognizable swimming pool. The landscaped gardens have an automatic irrigation system installed and is beautifully illuminated at night.

Situated in the prestigious Golf Valley, less than five minutes by car to Puerto Banus, it is just a short drive to all amenities including schools, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the beach.
