Lovely small 3 bedroom, West facing villa on 2 floors within walking distance to La Campana in Nueva Andalucia. Of scandinavian style, this villa offers light and several outside eating and relaxing areas.
LAYOUT: Tiled garden (no grass) with swimming pool (4x7), outside eating area for 6 people under the shade, small pool house with toilet, shower and storage, washing machine. Entrance to house directly into the kitchen and dining area for 6 people, living room with access out to the West facing terrace. 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom with walk in shower. One bedroom with single beds and the other with double bed (1.70x2.00). Upstairs offers TV room, North facing terrace with views to La Concha, master bedroom, access to south facing terrace with a single sun bed, bathroom with both bath and walk in shower.
Street parking.
