To the right of the pathway, you will find a cosy corner, laundry facilities and independent guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This is a great bedroom with its own entrance door, so it is ideal for that extra privacy and convenient access. From the entrance door you walk into the spacious hall area with open-plan dining room and kitchen on the right-hand side. The kitchen is brand new with sleek appliances and stocked with everything you could need during your stay. Following down a set of stairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is spacious and has access to both a patio area and to the private garden. On the 1st level you will find the living room with access to terrace over the Aloha Golf course. Moving up another half set of stairs to the two additional bedrooms. One of the rooms has a good sized private terrace with evening sun and views over to the community pool. These two bedrooms share one bathroom.
This property offers a contemporary, bright and stylish space to enjoy your holidays and has the added benefit of being in a great location. The location is fantastic as everything is close by including beaches, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and golf courses.
