The layout of the property is as follows: entrance hall with wardrobe, leading into a L-shaped living room with a TV and sofa section and another with the dining and open plan modern kitchen. From here you will have direct access to the private garden and terrace with seating area. On the entrance floor you will also find one double bedroom and bathroom.
On the first floor you will find two more double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
One of the best things about Aldea Blanca is the location. From here, you do not necessarily need a car if you enjoy walking, as you are so close to many amenities. For instance, Centro Plaza is just around the corner which has several restaurants, shops, gym, cafes and a Scandinavian supermarket. Top tip; pop out on Saturday as they have a popular Saturday market here that you can have a look at the stalls and grab a nice breakfast. In addition, it is also within walking distance to the famous Puerto Banus harbour with its large selection of restaurants, luxury shopping, cafes and beaches. You will be spoiled for choice about where to eat every night!

We are pleased to introduce this excellent townhouse for short term rentals in Los Naranjos de Marbella. The property is built over two floors. Entering the property to find a fully equipped modern kitchen with top quality appliances. The combined living room and dining room is spacious and bright. From here there is direct access to the covered terrace and private garden. Moving up the stairs to find all three bedrooms. Two of them have access to terraces. There are also two spacious bathrooms with windows, one of them which belongs to the master suite. North facing terrace with views to the Sierra Blanca mountain and community areas. The main terrace has a green view towards the south, great for enjoying the Marbella sunshine. On top of the house is a 24m2 solarium – imagine entertaining here with friends and family! The house is located in the privileged area of Los Naranjos de Marbella, Nueva Andalucía. This is a dream location for those who are looking to be close to all amenities.
