The property has recently been fully renovated and has an open plan living/dining room with a modern fully fitted integrated kitchen with plenty of space and equipped with the latest appliances. The kitchen benefits from luxury features such as a wine fridge and filtered water.
This is a 3 bedroom unit. The property has one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs, the Master bedroom has a small balcony with morning sun and views over the Golf course, the iconic La Concha mountain and the Mediterranean sea. Here you can enjoy sun all day and the lovely sunset. There is a private small garden and spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a BBQ, with plenty of space for relaxing and dining all this set in beautiful communal gardens and a pool with views towards Aloha Golf, mountains all the way down to the sea. The property has underfloor heating in all the rooms downstairs and in the bathrooms.
The community offers a tennis court within the complex and covered parking available free of charge.

Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
