Modern 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Penthouse apartment available for short term rentals situated in a brand new complex within walking distance to all facilities including shops, restaurants, bars, the beach and a tennis-padel club.
San Pedro beach is approximately a four minute walk away, the old town of San pedro is three minutes away and Puerto Banus can be reached by car in under 5 minutes.
This property comprises of a large combined living and dining area for 4 and a relaxing sofa area with direct access to a terrace with little outdoor table for al fresco dining. The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully fitted and recently refurbished.
This area leads onto the bedrooms. All three bedrooms have double beds and are spacious, light and bright. The master bedroom has a bathroom with shower. The two further guest bedrooms share a bathroom also with a shower.
There is a staircase leading to a wonderful roof terrace with another dining area and two sunbeds. This area is perfect for soaking up the sunshine and outdoor living. From here you can enjoy the views over San Pedro and the Mediterranean sea stretching as far as Morocco on a clear day.
This apartment also has access to Community gardens and two communal swimming pools.

Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
