Introducing you this modern ground floor apartment available for rentals by San Pedro beachside. A wonderful location where you can walk to amenities including the beach where you can enjoy a lovely lunch at a chiringuito.
This is a 3 bedroom unit. Inside you step into an entrance hall, to the right you have the 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms share one modern bathroom and then the master bedroom has an en-suite with direct access to the terrace. Straight ahead from the entrance you have the open plan sleek kitchen with fully fitted appliances and the living room. Direct access to the incredible large terrace with outdoor dining and lounge area. Great space to enjoy a BBQ dinner during your holiday!
The location is ideal as it is just a short walk to the beach.

Inviting and cosy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor apartment available for short term rentals. It is situated in a relatively new complex within walking distance to all facilities including shops, restaurants, bars, the beach and a tennis-padel club. San Pedro beach is approximately a four minute walk away, the old town of San Pedro is three minutes away and Puerto Banus can be reached by car in under 5 minutes. This property comprises of a large combined living and dining area for 6 and a relaxing sofa area with direct access to a terrace with little outdoor table for al fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the relaxing open plan living area. This area leads onto the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, the two other rooms comprise of twin single beds. All bedrooms are spacious, light, bright and beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has a bathroom with shower. The two further guest bedrooms share a bathroom also with a shower. This apartment also has access to community gardens and communal swimming pool.
