This unit is a 2-bedroom middle floor featuring open plan kitchen fully fitted with appliances (dishwasher, microwave, and oven), living room, dining area, two stylish bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and AC. Direct access from the living room out to a terrace.
Sierra Park has an outdoor swimming pool that has recently been fully renovated. There is also a great fitness room and two padel courts if you like to keep active on your holiday there is no better spot. We guarantee you will be entertained throughout your holiday whether that is tanning by the pool or enjoying a good paddle match with the family.
The location of Sierra Park is unbeatable as it is nestled in the heart of the Golf Valley, Nueva Andalucia. This means if you are a golf lover you are in luck! Surrounding the development are the renowned golf courses of Las Brisas, Aloha Golf Club, Los Naranjos Golf Club and La Quinta.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).
Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay.
Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
