Welcome to Andalucia Alta complex. This Development offers excellent location with walking distance to some tapas bars, restaurants, Centro Plaza and even the beach and Puerto Banus.
We love that this urbanisation is family friendly, good security and excellent location.
LAYOUT - Entrance level: Hall, open-plan kitchen, combined living and dining room, master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and access to the terrace. You also have another bedroom on this level and guest toilet. From the kitchen you have a terrace to the back in the shade (north facing), where you can enjoy lovely BBQ evenings, from the living room you access the south/west facing terrace with lounge set seating. Lower level: Two bedrooms sharing one bathroom and a TV room.

Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay. Arrangements can be made to ensure we do the very best to assist you with anything you may require!

Are you looking for a spacious apartment for rent? Are you a large family and need 4 bedrooms? Let us introduce you to this 4-bedroom unit in Magna Marbella. It is a truly unique property as it is two apartments joined together giving it a large and spacious feel throughout. It is not surprising that Magna Marbella is so popular for holiday makers due to the central location close to everything you may need. For instance, Magna Marbella has its very own restaurant and 9 hole golf course. This means you don't have to leave the comfort of the urbanisation to grab a bite to eat or hit some balls. Not only does the complex have a golf course but nearby you have several of the most famous golf courses of the area - Los Naranjos Golf Club is within walking distance!
This is a 4 bedroom unit. As you enter you have the fully fitted kitchen with appliances and separate laundry room to the left. Straight ahead takes you to the spacious living and dining room with direct access to the terrace. A lovely terrace with lounge area where you can unwind and enjoy the stunning mountain views. On either side of the living room you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Magna Marbella has communal swimming pools, manicured gardens and a fantastic restaurant that overlooks the golf course. It is also a gated community with security for that extra peace of mind. The location is ideal for holiday renters as everything is nearby including restaurants, shops, supermarkets and beaches. La Campana is only a few minutes' walk away where you can find a selection of restaurants.
