The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Central Plaza, with its excellent selection of restaurants, cafés and amenities. The sea and sandy beaches are approximately 15 minutes away on foot (1,200 metres), while the vibrant marina, restaurants and boutiques of Puerto Banús can be reached in around 20 minutes.
Inside, the apartment features a bright and spacious living room with a great open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating a welcoming space to relax and socialise. The living room opens onto a large terrace with plenty of room for both comfortable lounging and outdoor dining, making it ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The apartment accommodates up to six guests across three sleeping areas. The master bedroom features a double bed, while one guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The third sleeping area, located downstairs by the kitchen, has a double bed but does not have a door for privacy. There are also two modern bathrooms.
One of the apartment's highlights is its lovely outlook over the landscaped communal gardens and the urbanisation's largest swimming pool. From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views across the pool and gardens towards the Mediterranean Sea. On clear days, the views extend to Gibraltar and the African coastline.
Additional features include step-free access to the property, with no stairs on the approach, and communal parking available outside the property.

Bright, comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with great location! Walking distance to all amenities and beautiful community garden and pool. Situated on first floor, all on one level. Just a short walk to the beach and Puerto Banus. Master bedroom with bathroom en-suite two bedrooms (one double and two with twin beds) sharing one bathroom.
