The location is well-situated for accessing local amenities too, with the luxury harbour of Puerto Banus and surrounding beaches just a short drive away. Los Granados Golf offers a wealth of on-site facilities, including an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi and gym.
The spacious apartment has a stunning view overlooking the impeccably presented and well-maintained communal gardens and stunning swimming pool.

To the right from the entrance, you will find the combined living and dining area with dining space for 6 persons and a comfortable sofa area with large sliding doors providing plenty of light, enhancing the views with direct access out to the terrace.
Straight ahead a corridor continues to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One guest bedroom has an enclosed glass terrace to enjoy in the summer and winter months. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and terrace access.Â
The terrace has ample space to dine and relax with a dining table for 6 persons, BBQ and a relaxing sofa area.
This is a beautiful, spacious apartment with good views and a lovely modern and cosy ambience; perfect for families, or golf-lovers, looking for a holiday base set back from the main centre but with all amenities within easy reach.

Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

Additional notes
