To reach the property, you have 3 sets of stairs. There is no lift in the community. Inside, a guest toilet with shower on the right. Straight ahead you have the fully fitted kitchen with appliances. Separate utility room with washing machine. To the left of the entrance you have an open area comprising dining room and living room. Direct access to the fantastic terrace with beautiful sea views offering a lovely space to enjoy an al-fresco dinner. The property has two tastefully presented bedrooms of a high standard. The master bedroom with 180cm bed has direct access out to the terrace. The guest bedroom has a bed of 160cm. The two bedrooms share one bathroom with shower.
The gated community of Andalucía Garden Club has a large communal swimming pool and tennis court. The location is unbeatable and in one of the most sought after locations next to Centro Plaza. Therefore, there is walking distance to everything including beaches, restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).
Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay.
Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
