The community has beautiful communal gardens and 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated. Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June). -
This first-floor, east-facing apartment enjoys lovely views over the gardens and pool, and is set within a charming complex just a short walk from local amenities.
Access is via a single flight of stairs, as the building does not have a lift. Inside, you’ll find a partially open, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, leading into a bright open-plan living and dining area. From here, you have direct access to a private terrace overlooking the gardens and pool—an ideal spot for relaxing or enjoying al fresco dining. To the left of the living space are two bedrooms, which share a bathroom fitted with a shower.
The gated community of Andalucía Garden Club features a large communal swimming pool and a tennis court. The location is exceptional—one of the most sought-after areas, right next to Centro Plaza—placing beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and other amenities all within easy walking distance.
