From the living room there is direct access to the wonderful terrace with a cosy lounge area and dining area which is perfect for al-fresco dining. A lovely feature is that as it is a ground floor you walk straight our from your terrace to the community gardens and swimming pool so it is ideal if you are a family with children.
The location is fantastic as the development is just 100m from Los Naranjos Golf Club, which is renowned for its fairways and a great restaurant. In addition, other golf courses of Nueva Andalucia are just a short distance away. The ideal getaway for golfers! Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches can also be reached within 5 minutes, so everything you could need for your holiday is very easily reached.

This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
