A beautiful setting to relax and unwind enjoying some alfresco dining or sunbathing on the terrace.
Being located inside the Senorio de Gonzaga development, this apartment benefits from gated security. It is also a very family friendly complex with its three great community swimming pools. The location of this top floor apartment is excellent - within only a few minutes by car you can reach everything you would ever need such as restaurants, cafes, sporting facilities. Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches are also easily accessible along with all the world-class golf courses of Nueva Andalucia's Golf Valley.

Wifi Included. From here there is direct access out to the unbeatable terrace which is a great size. Here you have two sunbeds, lounge area and dining table for 4 people. The property comes with two bedrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to terrace and the guest bedroom with two single beds and access to separate bathroom. There is a hairdryer.
The property has a baby cot and high chair for families with children. There are also 3 portable sunbeds to bring to the swimming pool. In addition you can enjoy an electric grill (no BBQ) and a sandwich grill.

Stunning two bedroom apartment in a fantastic location. Aldea Blanca is a very popular choice due to its convenient location, just a five minute walk to Centro Plaza commercial centre and a few minutes' drive to some of the best beaches along the Costa del Sol.
Renovated in 2018, this apartment provides modern accommodation with tasteful decoration and a fantastic terrace with impressive sea and mountain views. The living area is open-plan with a contemporary kitchen and breakfast bar, the two double bedrooms are both a good size and the bathrooms have walk-in showers. Please note there is no lift.
Aldea Blanca is the ideal holiday base; just a five minute drive to Puerto Banus and ten minutes to San Pedro de Alcantara and Marbella with its beautiful Old Town. Puerto Banus is home to a large shopping centre - El Corte Ingles, a great selection of smaller shops, restaurants and, of course, the famous yachting harbour which has been a jet-setters favourite destination for decades.
This is a an excellent choice for couples and small families looking for luxurious accommodation in a convenient location on the Costa del Sol.
