It is a top floor/corner apartment with a unique format giving the property a wider and bigger living room with spacious squared main terrace, a larger kitchen, both bedrooms have sliding rooms with a terrace or French balcony. The property is in a south-east facing orientation so the terrace enjoys maximum sunlight intake and the living areas are bright and light. A beautiful setting to relax and unwind enjoying some alfresco dining or sunbathing on the terrace.
Being located inside the Senorio de Gonzaga development, this apartment benefits from gated security. It is also a very family friendly complex with its three great community swimming pools. The location of this top floor apartment is excellent - within only a few minutes by car you can reach everything you would ever need such as restaurants, cafes, sporting facilities. Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches are also easily accessible along with all the world-class golf courses of Nueva Andalucia's Golf Valley.
