Wonderful two-bedroom penthouse available for holiday rentals in Terrazas del Rodeo. Situated walking distance (2.5km) to Puerto Banus, the local beaches and just a short drive to all amenities. The complex itself offers two lovely communal swimming pools, a children's pool and playground, basketball and padel tennis courts plus garage parking underneath the apartment.
With a contemporary and sleek style, the property is welcoming and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the stunning surroundings.
Layout: Hallway which leads to an open-plan dining and living area with a beautiful modern kitchen and high-quality appliances. There is an indoor dining table for up to four people and a cosy sofa area with direct access out to the incredible terrace. The large, L-shaped terrace (93 sqm) has a fabulous outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and plenty of preparation space to enjoy summer dining and ice-cold refreshments. There are sunbeds, outdoor shower, large dining table which fits 8 people and a chill out sofa area. Sit back, relax and soak up the sensational sunshine. Stepping back inside, you will find the master bedroom with twin beds with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, second bathroom and terrace access. Both bathrooms have a shower.
This is a very attractive, modern penthouse situated in a convenient location; great for families, couples and golfers alike.
Escape to the sunshine and wake up in a tropical paradise with palm tree-lined streets and the iconic "La Concha" backdrop!

This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
