Renovated and beautifully presented two bedroom ground floor apartment available for holiday rentals in Cumbres del Rodeo. Situated within walking distance of bars and restaurants and just a five minute drive to the beach, Cumbres del Rodeo enjoys a convenient location on the outskirts of the Nueva Andalucia Golf Valley.
This apartment offers chic accommodation comprising a living room and dining room with seating for six people, kitchen, two good sized double bedrooms (new beds 160/180 wide), two modern bathrooms and a generous terrace with sofas and dining table. The terrace leads down to a private garden with sun beds from where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views.
This apartment is very well equipped. There are three TVs in this apartment equipped with APPLE TV and other Apps. (65¨Living room + Soundbar, 55¨in bedrooms). Additionally there is a BBQ to enjoy during the summer months.
Cumbres del Rodeo is a gated complex with lush communal gardens, a swimming pool and stunning mountain and sea views. Situated just a five minute drive to Puerto Banus harbour and a ten to fifteen minute drive to Marbella and San Pedro, it is a fantastic holiday destination.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).
Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. Please bear in mind, you will be obliged to comply with the community rules during your stay. Arrangements can be made to ensure we do the very best to assist you with anything you may require!
Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).

- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
