Two bedroom, elevated ground floor apartment available for holiday rentals in an exclusive gated complex, set in the hills of Nueva Andalucia. Albatross Hills features beautiful swimming pool areas and a tennis court, as well as an indoor pool, gym and sauna. The complex boasts stunning views due to its elevated position in the hills.
Tranquil yet convenient location, close to a range of renowned golf courses, including Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha. The luxury harbour of Puerto Banus and the surrounding beaches are a short drive away.
This elevated ground floor apartment offers an extensive open-plan living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with an attractive breakfast area and a separate small utility room. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Additionally there is a consideraby large terrace with both covered and open areas to dine and enjoy Marbella's relaxing, warm evenings.

Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
