Well kept 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom southwest facing apartment located in Aldea Blanca, a very popular urbanisation among rental guests. Within 5 minutes you reach Central Plaza, with its restaurants and amenities. The walk to the sea and swimming beaches is about 15 minutes (1,200 metres), and the village of Puerto Banús, with its marina, restaurants and shops, is a 20 minute walk away.
The entrance opens into the living room and the open plan kitchen with a dining area. There are two terraces: one off the living room (covered) and the other off the kitchen (with an awning), offering outdoor dining for six. The kitchen was fully renovated in 2026. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the guest bedroom also has a double bed; both have modern bathrooms. Sleeps 4.
From the terraces, there are beautiful views over the garden, the large pool and, further away, the sea. On clear days, Gibraltar and the African coast are visible. The apartment overlooks the largest pool in the urbanisation, where you can swim 35 metres before turning around. Four lightweight deck chairs are provided. According to community pool rules, guests must bring the deck chairs with them from the apartment.
Please be reminded, we are not liable for any third-party source or services including IPTV as well as infestations caused by Natural inhabitants (e.g. ants, mosquitos etc).
Regarding your reservation, if you have any specific questions or needs, we please urge you to inform us prior to confirming your booking. This is in order to carry out maintenance checks, treatments and renovations etc. We can therefore not guarantee access to any community swimming pool from September onwards. This first-floor, east-facing apartment enjoys lovely views over the gardens and pool, and is set within a charming complex just a short walk from local amenities.
Access is via a single flight of stairs, as the building does not have a lift. Inside, you’ll find a partially open, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, leading into a bright open-plan living and dining area. From here, you have direct access to a private terrace overlooking the gardens and pool—an ideal spot for relaxing or enjoying al fresco dining. To the left of the living space are two bedrooms, which share a bathroom fitted with a shower.
The gated community of Andalucía Garden Club features a large communal swimming pool and a tennis court. The location is exceptional—one of the most sought-after areas, right next to Centro Plaza—placing beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and other amenities all within easy walking distance.
