It is walking distance to Puerto Banus and the beach. Centro plaza is just a two minute walk away and has a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, a bank and a supermarket. The gated complex of Andalucia Garden club has a large communal swimming pool and tennis court.
This spacious ground floor apartment has original features (kitchen and bathroom from the promoter), they are dated (original condition) but functional. There is a second bathroom with a toilet and a wash basin.
The master bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds. They share a bathroom with a combined bath and shower.
The living room and dining area are combined with direct access to a terrace and lovely garden. Sit back, relax and soak up the stunning surroundings and fabulous views.
Due to its fantastic location, Andalucia Garden club is a great option for families, couples or anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient holiday base in Nueva Andalucia.

2 bedroom apartment available for holiday rentals situated in the gated community of Aloha Gardens with 24 hours Security. The community has beautiful communal gardens and 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated. The apartment is fully renovated including an updated kitchen, two good-sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hydromassage and a comfortable living room with access out onto the terrace. Great apartment in an excellent location. The property has Spanish TV-channels and also Apple TV system where also Netflix can be used.
