Local amenities, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. If you are travelling by car, Puerto Banus and San Pedro are just five minutes away, Marbella can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes and Malaga airport is a 35 to 40 minute drive.
This ground floor apartment is perfect for anyone looking for a good location with beautiful, tropical surroundings. The apartment has a combined living and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus a guest bedroom and bathroom. Being a ground floor unit, it benefits from a large terrace with both a sofa and dining area to enjoy Marbella's wonderful climate and many months of sunshine!

Please contact us for further information in this respect before making a reservation during low season (15th September - 15th June).
