Local amenities, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants, are easily accessible by foot and bike. By car Puerto Banus and San Pedro are just five minutes away, Marbella can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes and Malaga airport is a 35 to 40 minute drive.
This ground floor apartment has been extremely well maintained and decorated. It offers spacious and versatile accommodation comprising a combined living and dining room, fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with big double bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a guest bedroom and bathroom. Being a ground floor unit it benefits from a large terrace with the option of sun or shade. The apartment is in good condition and comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Marbella, just a short walk from the beach and the city center. The apartment itself is spacious and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are large and airy, and the living room is perfect for relaxing.
We were particularly impressed with the spaciousness and layout of the apartment. The large terrace was a real plus, and we loved having direct access to the garden and pool. The apartment was also very clean when we arrived, which was a nice touch. We also had a great experience dealing with the staff at Nordica Marbella. They were always helpful and responsive, and they went above and beyond to make our stay a success. Overall, we were very impressed with this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Banus. |
