LAYOUT: Entrance hall, living room ahead with dining area for 8 people, cloak room, kitchen and laundry room to the right. Access out to terrace from kitchen living room. To the left there is a guest toilet and one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs offers 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and walk in shower, one with a dressing area, master bedroom with ensuite jacuzzi bath and walk in shower, dressing area. Access out to a large terrace with chill out area and shower.
Lower level offers spa area with indoor heated swimming pool, large jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, toilet with shower and a bar area. Cinema room to the right, machine room. To the left gym area, laundry room and 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom.
Garden offers large swimming pool (6x12), eating area, gas built in BBQ, gazeboo and a beautiful large fruit garden with many different and exotic fruit trees.
