A large driveway takes you to the villa. The wooden grand entrance door leads into the impressive entrance hall. Here there is a guest toilet. The area opens up into the spacious living space with such unique character adding so much charm to the luxury home. This area has an open traditional fireplace. Plenty of natural light intake through the windows. To the left from the living room there is one bedroom with direct access to terrace and a large ensuite bathroom with sauna and shower. To the right of the living area there is the generous size kitchen with fully fitted appliances and dining table. There is also a separate utility room. The kitchen has access to two terraces, one on the back side which offers a beautiful place for enjoying a morning breakfast and then it also provides access to the main terrace and pool area.
Following up the stairs at the entrance hall takes you to two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a large terrace. Panoramic views of the beautiful greenery and sea.
The outside area is fantastic. You have a nice outdoor dining area and good space for lounging by the infinity swimming pool.
